We have no idea how long the fireplace and chimney has been an issue but at least 10 years. We were almost going to give-up but Tyler and his team came in and restored the liner, replaced the cap and now we're so excited for fall to be able to enjoy our 'new' fireplace. We also did a dryer vent cleaning - we have a super long vent - and that was great too.
