He worked efficiently, cleaned carefully around the stove inside, was friendly and thoughtful. We recommend him highly, as well as the 2nd Generation Chimneys, Inc. With the cleanup and inspection we received a report that tells us we're good to go for next year's wood stove season.

Tyler & his crew did a great job on the chimney repair & liner install. They were a group of nice guys who were easy to deal with & knew exactly what they were doing & did not leave a crumb from the demo behind. In addition, Sami was quick to help us register the product warranty on line when we were unable to do so ourselves. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service as well as the end product.

Troy was on time, and friendly as he always is. He got right to work. He took off his shoes when he came inside, and was very careful and clean while he worked. He asked a couple of times how everything was working. He also took the time to give me some advice about the firebrick in our stove.
