We can't come up with enough good words and praise for your company. The service was way over what we were expecting. Tyler was absolutely fantastic to work with and did a fantastic job. They replaced our shot 36 tear old tiles with a transferable life time warranty stainless steel liner. The clean up outside was better than I would have done. Tyler even replaced a few hearth bricks that had gotten broken over the last 37 years. Took them 10 hours because of rain and our chimney not being built right. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing chimney work. 20 out of 10 stars.

I am glad I had the cleaning completed, 45 min total time. It gives me piece of mind, having your experts clean the fireplace, however I will look for a cheaper solution for next time. I really liked Matthias and Troy 5 stars each for being good guys. I would hire them again. I was surprised I was not given the opportunity to view the inside of the chimney on video as advertised.

I have to say I had reservations about having my chimney cleaned, however my rep had answered every question and not only that but explained"why" . Not just a yes or no. He definintatly. Knew what he was talking about. He also seemed to really enjoy his job and I'm seeing less and less of that. Very polite. Clean, prompt and informative. Carefull 2nd Generation, someone else just might sweep him up. No pun intended.
