I am embarrassed to say that I had not had my dryer vent cleaned since I moved in back in 2010. He informed me that there was no airflow coming in or going out. Makes total sense as to why my clothes were not getting dry, not to mention the fire Hazzard I posed towards my home and the surrounding attached townhomes.
