Our experience with 2nd Generation Chimney's was great from start to finish. My initial inquiry was via email late during the day. I had a response that night indicating they had a cancellation and could come out for a quote the next day on repairing our leaky chimney. The dryer vent cleaning service we added on was a bonus! We had years earlier replaced our wood burning fireplace with a gas insert and the chimney cover was leaking so that water dripped down onto our gas insert. We ordered a custom cover over our chimney which came quicker than expected. The installation went smoothly and we were shown pictures of the finished product. This company is a joy to work with!
