Annual Chimney Cleaning
Troy does a superb job cleaning and maintaining the chimney for our wood fireplace. He politely advises us on how often we should be cleaning the chimney based on our usage, making sure the house is safe from chimney fires, but that we are not overspending on cleanings. He always leaves the fireplace work area clean.

A 5-inch chimney cap was installed, ensuring optimal performance and protection for the chimney system. The process began with a thorough inspection of the existing chimney structure to confirm its integrity and suitability for the new cap. The old cap was carefully removed, taking care not to damage the surrounding masonry. A 5-inch cap was then selected, matching the diameter of the chimney flue. Precision measurements were taken to ensure a perfect fit. The new cap was securely attached using high-quality materials and fasteners, ensuring it was firmly in place and aligned correctly. The installation was completed with a final inspection to verify that the cap was functioning as intended, providing a barrier against debris, weather elements, and potential pests. This meticulous process enhances the chimney's efficiency and longevity.
