Mathias came out after notifying me he would arrive in 30 minutes. Right on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. Reviewed what they would be doing, had we watch the camera viewing the inside of the chimney and explained what we were viewing entirely. Provided feedback and answered all my questions. Cleaned it as well. I will be referring 2nd Gen to family and friends. Mathias did a great job and I am impressed with his work ethic.
