We needed a new rain cap on a chimney; we contacted a few contractors and almost all didn’t reply and the ones making contact did not seem interested in a small job. I sent 2nd Generation Chimney an email on a holiday weekend and Lisa responded very quickly and we organized the repair the first day after the holiday! Troy, the technician was prompt and organized to complete the quality install very quickly. He also provided a very clear invoice with details.
