In the past I have had my fireplaces cleaned by other companies, there was never any mention of recommendations for safety or worn out areas. I then called 2nd generation chimneys for cleaning of both fireplaces, dryer vent AND inspection for safety. Recommendations were made so I went forward to have all of the repairs. So glad I did! Seeing the old panels, top chimney tin plate and top vents compared to the new ones I knew everything would now be much safer and efficient. Tyler and his team were professional, answered all of my questions and preformed work that I trust will last. 5 stars for sure!!

Mathias came out after notifying me he would arrive in 30 minutes. Right on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. Reviewed what they would be doing, had we watch the camera viewing the inside of the chimney and explained what we were viewing entirely. Provided feedback and answered all my questions. Cleaned it as well. I will be referring 2nd Gen to family and friends. Mathias did a great job and I am impressed with his work ethic.
