Tyler & his crew did a great job on the chimney repair & liner install. They were a group of nice guys who were easy to deal with & knew exactly what they were doing & did not leave a crumb from the demo behind. In addition, Sami was quick to help us register the product warranty on line when we were unable to do so ourselves. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service as well as the end product.

Troy was on time, and friendly as he always is. He got right to work. He took off his shoes when he came inside, and was very careful and clean while he worked. He asked a couple of times how everything was working. He also took the time to give me some advice about the firebrick in our stove.

I have had my chimney cleaned for several years now by 2nd Gen and I am extremely pleased every time with the work they do and the communication and any recommendations that they provide with the condition of the chimney. Troy is a 'repeat cleaner' and has been here several times. He is professional taking pictures of the buildup and noting any issues he sees. I am very comfortable and have peace of mind using 2nd Gen knowing experts like Troy will be out to clean my chimney. Thank you again.
