My experiences with the communication and service have always been excellent. Only suggestion I have is to advertise the lifetime maintenance annual cost for a new liner as a discount off the regular price, rather than a fixed guaranteed rate. That way if the price goes up it is more consistent with the understood rate. Thanks as always!

Cliff and I were impressed with the chimney inspection completed by Tyler. We viewed the video inspection with him and saw for ourselves the cracks, wear and tear of our chimney. He also explained what Second Generation Chimney will do to make our Kozy Heat fireplace safe and operational.
